Spotless and airy room with very comfortable bed, shampoo plus toiletries. Lots of tasty food for meals. Peaceful and handy location, next to Church of st Edmund. Attentive and accommodating staff and management.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay and ended up staying another night last minute. The rooms were beautifully presented and had a wonderful view of the sea. The staff was experienced and efficient, and the owner was too. The breakfast was nice and hot, and the parking was on-site. The hotel was in an excellent and perfect position, so close to the north Norfolk coast, nearby RSPB Reserves, the center, the seafront, and cafes/restaurants.

The location of the hotel was great, right in the heart of the town. We had no trouble finding parking space, which was a relief. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of options to choose from.
It was a bit of a struggle for us to climb the stairs with our luggage, especially because we are not very young. Another disappointment was that our room, which we booked at the last minute, didn't have an en-suite bathroom.
